1. Returns

  • We accept returns within 7 days of product delivery.
  • To be eligible, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • Returns are not accepted for:
    • Opened or used cosmetic products
    • Personal hygiene items
    • Products without original packaging
    • Sale or discounted items

2. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are received damaged or defective. To request an exchange, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with images of the damaged product.
